Diet plan - 29 years Male
Dear all, I have joined Gym 2 days back. I work with a bank. It's being difficult to follow a complete diet chart can you please help me out by a very good diet plan which will help me out in accomplishing my goal. Height- 5'10, weight - 71 kg. I want to gain muscle in 6 months. I am a complete vegetarian guy. I go to gym in morning 6:30. I work between 12 - 9 PM. Would really appreciate sir/mam if you can help me out. Many Thanks

Hi,A few things need to be follow daily by you . 1st Keep proper hydration, have 12-15 glasses of water 2nd do regular gym or any physical activity for specified area 3rd eat high protein low carbohydrate diet eith regular food intake. 4th take proper sound sleep of minimum 6 hrs.
