Diet Plan for Gym Workout
My weight is 52 approx. and my height is 5"8'. I'm too slim and i want to start full body gym wotkout. Please tell me which diet plant should i follow. Please make one for me. I take only eggs in non veg.

Add soy chaap, veg of different colors in aweek, add salads 10 chapatis of multigrain atta daily. Endura mass is a good
