Diet plan for me .. pls advice me good
Dear sir As I sent query on last chat below the details of my daily activities Age 28 Weight 55 Colour little fair Unmarried Occupation Pvt employee Height 5.3 My main concept is I want to be young and energitic from now onwards atleast with the diet Dear sir i am a family responsible person in my family hence I can't follwed diet plan due to busy works and all 1.My office is 10am to 8pm it's a office data entry job 2.earlier I went gym in morning now since 6 months I stopped . 3.no problem now onwards I start gym sure 4. I sleep by 11:30 daily 5. I wake up by 8am 6.i start my breakfast by 9am with 3 chapati and curry whatever. Anyone  Or rice and curry 7.11am .tea or cup coffee at office 8.than 3 pm lunch 9.than 5:30 pm coffee at office 10. Than 9pm dinner at home My main negative thing is I am not intrest to drink water .because even I forget to drink water also only at the time of lunch and dinner and breakfast I drink water . In between some time if I remember than I .

Making a healthy lifestyle. 70% diet and 30% exercise are good for weight loss. Do’s- use skimmed/ tonned milk (300ml) daily Use curd or paneer made up from the tonned milk also Use olive oil, rice bran oil, saffola, mustard oil in the cooking Drink 8-10 glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products completely Avoid roots vegetables like potato, arbhi , zimikand etc. Avoid tinned, canned, fried , processed food products Avoid pickles and papad , sour products like vinegar, tamarind , amla etc.

Include in your diet milk and milk products, fruits, pulses. Take variety of leafy vegetables. And drink 2-3 lit water Eat home made food. Thats it you have to do. And do regular exercise for 30 min
