Continuous weight loss

My friend is loosing weight continuously. She has lost 5-6 kgs in a span of 2-3 months. She eats well, even consumes junk food, though I tell her eating junk might not be the right way to gain weight. What would you suggest to ensure she gains some weight with a right and nutritive diet?

Yes, as said by doc harisha...Consult the  physician. Also...consult a good nutritionist who would chalk out a well balanced diet olan n exercise schedule n would also prescribe basic vitamins,if reqd..
Next Steps
ask the physician to prescribe certain imp blood test to be done. 
take them to the nutritionist as well.

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety...An unexplained drop in weight could be caused by various conditions including overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism), diabetes, depression, liver disease, cancer or disorders that interfere with how your body absorbs nutrients (malabsorption disorders)...Consult nearest physician for clinical examination they will do the needful.
