Pendulous abdomen
After two c-sections i ve got pendulous abdomen. Can it b reduced??? I walk for 15 mins and climb stairs whenever possible. I dont see any reduce in weight.

Gastric issue and diet
Whenever I eat anything ( especially spicy or fried), I have to face gas problem. It won't pass. But I can feel it. I walk a lot. Don't exercise much but I walk.
My diet is
Breakfast : milk
If not milk then 2-3 chappatis with sabzi
Lunch : I usually eat out. Not heavy lunch but either roll or something of that sort
Then in evening some bread toast or snack at home cooked
Dinner: daal/ sabzi and roti
Apart from gastric issue I also want to improve my diet ( as my tummy size is Increasing day by day)
