I want to gain weight, so I am looking for protein supplements which are available in market. So could you please suggest any supplement which helps me to gain muscle and weight and which has no side effects.

I want to loose my weight but I'm a foodie... I'm 5'2'' and my weight is roughly around 70. I'm stressed and find eating very pleasurable.... I've no eating routine.... My questions are does eating a diet would help me reduce weight! If so how much in 2 weeks !!! And whenever I'll leave the diet would it come back!

When I go for diet plan the entire menu consists of only fruits, vegetables and brown rice. I do all the household chores by myself. Such diet plan will help me?
