Hello.... When you have gastroesophageal reflux disorder, I suggest you not to life weights.. You can do cardio exercises , moreover High protein containing foods aggravates gerd so you have to take small frequent meals which are easily digestible than non vegetarian foods. Stay healthy ,Do yoga....
