Reduce weight
I want to reduce my weight I tried lot of things but didn't succeed.. so is there any diet or medicine which I can take to reduce my weight.. my weight is 80kg

Sometimes lack of muscles and nutritional defficiency may lead to stuck your weight. Balance this by taking small meals and eat your food slowly n chewit properly. Take more of fluids like coconut water, lemonade. Do yoga for 5 to 10 mins. Take salt free dinner for 10 days. Take soup with veg at 6:00pm. Follow this ..n if any information you need msg me.

Diet must be very low fat,low carbs & high-quality protein.Avoid all trans fats like out side fast foods,only home based simple diet helpful for you.

Hi..first let me know what exactly u did u reduce weight.. Coz doing things in right way is very important.. Such as: eating timing, exercise timings,water intake, n of course right diet.. Hello.... .one can reduce weight by dietary and lifestyle change . Have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti... Avoid junk food, oily food items.. Exercise regularly (yoga or aerobics)... Sleep for at least seven to eight hours.. Don't take medicines it has side effects...
