Actually I want to lose weight with out any heavy workout in just 1 month so can you tell me diet that I can follow so I can reduce my weight and I want to reduce belly fat thigh fat breast fat and arm fat I have tried so many times to reduce my weight but I failed so pls can you tell me a easy method so I can lose my weight.my currently weight is I think 57 or more I want my weight under 50 so pls help me I want lose maximum in 1 week like you tell me how to gain my dream weight so for that how much weight I need to lose in 1week

Helloooo you can not challenge your body like this.. weight gain and weight loss is natural process. it depends on your exercise, diet, sleep pattern and hudration of your body.
