Not loosing weight

Hi, I have been working out for approximately 5 kms in a trademill with a speed of 22 km/hr. At the same time i am also doing weight training . Initially i was able to loose 8 kg in a month and about 9 inches. But then after that i am not able to loose weight. I am at very low carb diet almost negligible. And also i consume about 80-100g of protein each day . Can anybody guide me through this.

Morbid Obesity Long Time

Hi I have been struggling with weight issues from very young age, Although I was Born Underweight and was normal in early years but after that my weight kept increasing day by day and reached maximum at 165kgs. Although its not like that I have not tried any solution, i did it all gym, vlcc, walk but i also agree to that i was little bit lazy and did not fulfilled long time. It lasted majorily for 3-4 Months, I reduce weight but it comes higher then ever whenever i have left that activity. My diet has also been regular. So after All Things and when situation went alarming, I gone for Bariatric Surgery Sleeve type and it helped me and reduced weight to 115kgs over 1 year period of time. This was in 2012 and then i did gym and tried to maintain that and tone up body, but still my skin was on hanging mostly at abdomen area, now due to some stress period due to personal issues i started eating wrong in 2015 and my weight is now 135kgs. Now I dont know where to start and how to end this ?
