Hi According to ur height weight should be 50 kg ,so u have to puf on only 5 kg. So you should take calorie rich diet like potato, sweet potato,yam,banana, pear,apple,whole cereals,pulses,nuts peanut butter,whole milk,paneer,chicken,fish,egg,etc. Take small meal at frequently. Drink 4 to 5 lits water daily. Go for exercise daily. Think positive, stay positive. Thanks
