Hello firstly you try to find out the reason for anxiety, is it your health or any other concern to improve your health because anxiety effects your digestive system also which is hampering activity of your liver and digestive system also which will effect your interest in your eating habits. Try to take high protein diet with low fat and it should be devided into 3 main and 3 small meals with lime juice, coconut water or butter milk. Take banana, papaya and mausmbi in fruits,and if any more concern then feel free to discuss with me.
Hello.... Everyone feels anxious in certain situation
What's the cause for jaundice, there are mainly 3 causes prehatic hepatitic and post hepatic causes....if you are worried about your health that's due to present condition. But anxiety disorder interfering with normal daily activities. Person will have constant fear and anxiety.
