Hi!!
Your Wt is appropriate but nature of your job seems to contribute to your health condition. May be u are eating lots of outside food without knowing wat oil has been used, secondly erratic eating hours also creating problem.
All these can be addressed if u try to have small frequent meals having low fat high in fruits and vegetables. Late night dinner and drinks should be avoided.
Avoid redmeat at any cost.
Take care, keep yourself hydrated.
