U please take vegetarian food with plenty of cooked vegetables,fruits,sprouts daily Drink enough water . Avoid oily,spicy foods,fastfoods,bakeryfoods. Walk exercise yoga daily for 1 hr. As sun sets eat less .. U take laghusuthashekara ras 250 mg twice a day.before food. Amlapittantak ras 250 mg twice a day after food.
