Hai chamomile tea is a very good and healthy way to choose.Chamomile has been found to contain fairly strong antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory constituents. It is wonderful remedy for sleep disorders such as insomnia.Drinking chamomile tea has been found to be beneficial in treating PMS and Menstrual Cramps alsoHowever, Chamomile extracts may trigger allergic reactions in those who are previously allergic to other plants from the family. Also, those with hay fever and asthma should avoid using this herb. Chamomile should not be used along with alcohol as it may lead to sedation and drowsiness beyond control. Over dose of chamomile may lead to low birth weight and also may increase the risk of miscarriage.Chamomile may interact with – sedative medications, anxiolytic drugs and blood thinners.
