Yes. Chamomile tea helps relax your nerves and calms you down. We do not get sleep when our nervous system is hyperactive, this is usually when we are excited or stressed. Doing night time yoga and meditation can also help relax the nervous system. Eat a light food before sunset so that your body can digest the food by the time you sleep. Also sleep by 10 pm, avoid screen time at least one hour before bed, in short follow a good night time routine.
