Lost 46 kgs In a year.....but!
Last Feb I took resolution I want to reduce weight at any cost when I was around 139 kgs
Recently 1 year after commitment I lost 46kgs and now my weight around is 93 kgs.i completely avoid rice and carbs
I am satisfied...but since 1 month my stomach craving for carbs and rice 🍚 during midnight I went to kitchen and finding for carbs like sugar,rice,chocolates,snacks etc etc .I am getting little drowsy in head and lack of body stability.
I)is this because of lack of carbs and glucose to the brain 🧠?
2) does body needs carbs daily even in diet? but carbs promote weight gain.thats y I reduce intake carbs..
3) how much quantity and how much intake of carbs are required even in dieting?
Does low energy and drowsy and body instability because of glucose and carbohydrates to brain 🧠Please clarify
