I m 4'11" 78 kgs with thyroid normal and osteoarthritis I have done weight loss program of VLCC and healtify followed strict diet and exercise program but not useful I also walk for 10000 steps daily and do household activities.But weight is not going down.Kindly suggest remedy

Was that balanced diet which you have followed? Need to take detailed assessment for that as you have osteoarthritis as well.

reduce calories but not below your basic body requirement.  in very less calorie diet people generally face stuck weight problems.

Our weight is a combination of many factors such as sleep, hormonal imbalances, water weight and many more. One should work on all factors rather than just focusing on diet and exercise.
