Thyroid and weigh loss
Hi, I have thyroid, which is making me difficult in losing weight. I do regular work out for min 1 hr. Can you please suggest some tips or the diet plan for this?

Provide me complete information of ur height, weight, physical activity, madical history, family history, diet history In thyroid avoid certain vegetables - broccoli, cabbage, spinach, beetroot, cauliflower, sprouts, radish. Avoid gluten food - bread, pasta. Some fruits  like pear, peaches, strawberries. Food to eat Nutrient rich food that improve ur health may also benefit ur thyroid gland.

Its necessary to follow a healthy lifestyle as fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first-class proteins (dairy products, eggs, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Avoid all junk sweets refined carbs sodas etc . Walk more drink more water consult personally for proper guidance and help
