Millets are good/bad for thyroid
Hi, I'm 28 yrs old with TSH value of 3.89.. I'm 5'5" and weight is 63 kgs. I'm trying to reduce weight and thyroid value. Recently I started consuming 1 meal of  millets after soaking in water for like 12 hours. I feel very active and lighter. should I stick to this or millets are bad for my thyroid?
