Ian 43 yrs female and have thyroid ,gained weight like 10 kgs , going to gym , keeping control on diet but still unable to loose weight , can you help me with this please

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi welcome- - you cut down your calorie intake by reducing carbs, more.protien, very less fat only 10%< for hypothyroidism avoid spinach, local greens, mastard seeds & oils, all beans, soya, soya products, add little iodised salt, garlic , Onion. More dynamic, activities must.
