Auto immune IBD diet
I have auto immune disorder with multiple erosions/ulcers and inflammation in small intestines from endoscopies..doctor suspecting celiac or crohn's IBD ..suggest some diet plan for the same ..maida/ dairy items / leafy vegetables aggravate my symptoms and cause pain / acidity
