Weak Immunity
Hi Doctor, My wife is 29years old and she has problem of ovarian cysts. Recently, I've noticed degradation in her immunity. She suffers from digestion problems and she eats very less food. USG reports shows all normal except Functional Ovarian Cysts were noted. All I want is a good healthy diet chart for her which would help her solve digestion problem and get her immunity strong. Thank You so much for your help!

According to her age and height she has just 2 to 5 kg extra .It can be easily reduced by eating healthy food hihh in fibres and proteins. She should avoid fats, ready made junk foods, cold drinks, more coffees and tea as well as frieds and sweets. Keep proper hydration Do regular workout, special yoga for uterus strength to burn out calories. Avoid stress and sleep well to make yourself stressfree as due to cyst having stress which is effecting digestive system indirectly and hampering health.

I can understand your concern. Ask her to avoid any unhygienic foods from outside. To eat small and frequent meals in a day, not to overeat at one go.
Next Steps
Avoid spicy n oily food, sweets which creates an unhealthy environment in tummy. Ask her to have curd n buttermilk daily.
