Dont start any medication or vitamin dose  without consult doctors, 1st observe, than consult, than diagnose causes than start proper diet or supplements, may be both hv low digetion, may be the too much hyperactive, may be choose or like particular dish-food, check water intake, gas constipation,etc..in starting days try home remedies and see charges if its progressive than no need medicine/supplement, but no improvement than go with supplement. We cant suggest food list without seeing them, better way consult nearest dietician/doctor.
Next Steps

Hello User, They are just only 4 years old so as we all know till age 5 they will get cough and cold very easily through this their immunity will become strong till age 5. And after 5 they will not easily get cough n cold. Your important concern is that they are active or not? If they are active means everything is fine but they are not then this need to be concern. If they are cold drink, tomato sauce lover then kindly stop cold drink and wanna give them then only 3 in a while month.
