Can eat citrus fruit or start taking lemon warm water in the morning..can eat fruit and vegetables for B vitamins, go walk under morning sunlight may be increase vit d levels. Took good amount of iron and calcium food along a healthy balance diet. If possible consult with dietician along others health issues and reports. So they will write a special diet chart .bcz specific diet chart always help lots.

Early morning: lukewarm lemon water / veg juice spinach ,karela,cucumber,tomato with 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds or flax seeds /1 tsp Dana methi powder with warm water early morning Do yoga and walk for 30 min Take sunbath 15 min Need more information about you so connect me through practo you will get good result definitely. A well balanced diet and nutrient rich diet is important for supporting a healthy immune system. These are the things you can include 1) Vitamin C- oranges, lemon, strawberry, bell pepper, kiwi etc 2) Vitamin D- exposure to sunlight daily for 20-15 mins in the morning, fortified dairy or plant based milk 3) Vitamin E- present in nuts, seeds, spinach, broccoli 4) Zinc- found in meat, poultry, beans, nuts, dairy 5) Lean proteins- include poultry, fish, tofu, beans, lentils and low fat dairy 6) Probiotics- include yogurt, or fermented food 7) Omega 3 sources like fatty fish, flaxseeds, chia seeds, walnuts 8) include garlic in your diet on a regular basis as it contains Allicin 9) Whole grains like brown rice, quinoa, oats 10) Water- drink adequate water 11) turmeric and tulsi- include them in your diet on a regular basis
