Can eat citrus fruit or start taking lemon warm water in the morning..can eat fruit and vegetables for B vitamins, go walk under morning sunlight may be increase vit d levels. Took good amount of iron and calcium food along a healthy balance diet. If possible consult with dietician along others health issues and reports. So they will write a special diet chart .bcz specific diet chart always help lots.
Early morning: lukewarm lemon water /
veg juice spinach ,karela,cucumber,tomato with 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds or flax seeds
/1 tsp Dana methi powder with warm water early morning
Do yoga and walk for 30 min
Take sunbath 15 min
