Covid-19 and immunity booster
Im a 24 year old and I dont have any illness I heard that if you have strong immunity then you have low chances of covid-19 effect so I'm thinking of buying a chywanparash. Does dabur chyaWanparash boost  immunity ?

Hi, All Herbs and condiments of our Indian diet like Sauf,Kesar,Elaichi,Clove,Tulsi can improve our immunity.Put it in water and boil it to half then drink this concoction 2-3 times a day. Also Chyawanprash has a lot of herbs but its got lot of sugar too. So take in small portion.Deep coloured fruits and vegetables like Carrot,Beetroot,Leafy vegetables,Papaya,Watermelon,Oranges will also help.Lemon added to water 2-3 times a day will also help.

Taking a normal balanced diet is enough to boost immunity. Include all tyoes of foods j. Yiur diet and stay away from excess salt, sugar and fat. You can add chyawanparsh if you wish to.
