Dear Practo User. Immunity of our body is a result of long term habits you have been following..There is no short cuts to it. If u r already following these..continue the same. Orlse start these habits, and make a routine. - Do not smoke - Use alcohol in moderation - sleep for 6-7hrs - consume adequate fruits and veggies. - consume 3l water per day. You can even use supplements to boost immunity.( not a quick solution again) If u r keen to get a personalized  supplement program, Connect me directly  .. Regards DT.REMYA

Aamla/lemon/tulsileaves/ pepper / ginger/ are all immunity boosters .make a drink by boiling in water, and consume a glass of it everymorning in empty stomach. Any vegetable with vit c boosts ur immunity.as potato, papaya, lemon, tomato, carrot, drumstick, long pepper, dalchini, pepper, cloves, ginger,.So food prepared by adding these, will have the immunity boosting property. Time required to boost immunity depends on the general health of a person, power of digestion, etc. On inference like frequency of falling sick, time toheal the wounds ....will decide the level of immunity. So better take the food with vit C and then measure ur IGg levels.

Immunity depends on many factors such as food intake, physical activity, current health status, hygiene, sleep habits, smoking and alcohol consumption, stress and climate. Your body must maintain all these factors in order to function well and hold optimum immunity There are blood tests to check levels of immune system cells, but the easier way is to assess how frequently and easily you fall sick . Take 3 litres of water daily, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables, milk and milk products, dry fruits and nuts, start daily exercise and quit smoking/alcohol/stress. There are no shortcuts or quick fixes to build immunity.
