Hi, Can anyone please let me know wht food should we eat to increase immunity. Due to current situation most of the things are not available. So any basic food which can increase immunity and also rich source of vitamin c

To increase your Immunity you can take the following Dietary Measures : - Include Vitamin enriched food such as Lemon, Orange, Guava, tomato juice, papaya, broccoli etc.. - Consume green leafy vegetables - Stay well hydrated especially with warm water (2-3 litre per day) - Add more herbs and spices in your food, such as turmeric , Fenugreek seeds, garlic, cinnamon, ginger etc.

Hello To increase your immunity for fighting against viral diseases with practically available foods to general public: Vitamin C rich foods: (Cauliflower, broccoli, red pepper, green pepper, papaya, oranges, lemons, strawberries, grapefruit etc) Vitamin E rich Foods: (Olive, sunflower, safflower, soyabean, corn and cottonseed oils , peanut butter, whole grains cereals, legumes etc) Vitamin B6 rich Foods: (Meats, whole grains, vegetables, banana, nuts, cereals, baked potato, spinach, sweet potato, chicken breast etc) Immunity boosting tea: In warm water mix 1/2 tsp ginger paste 1/4 tsp turmeric,a pinch of cinnamon,1 tsp lemon,1 tsp honey and have it in morning to increase your immunity gradually to fight against diseases. Hi, Have Deep coloured fruits and vegetables like leafy, Carrots,Beetroot,Watermelon,Orange,Mango, Pineapple,Guava. Amla is the richest source of Vitamin C so if available do have 1 daily. Lemon is the easiest and best use it on vegetables and consume 1 daily.
