Unable to loss weight
Hello, I have been trying to lose weight since 6 months. But i find it very difficult, i am following proper diet, exercise and walking too sometimes, but its very difficult to lose weight, i have lose almost 2-3 kgs only from 6months, thats also fluctuating. Can someone help?

Hello You can lose weight easily, for that you need individualised diet plan. So if you are serious go for consultation. Right now increase your exercise time and decrease the portion size of your cereal grains.
