My weight is around 72 kg and I want to decrease the same. I am trying various option to reduce the weight as mentioned below since last 3 months. 1_ I take kheera, pudina juice with lemon in morning instead of heavy break fast. 2_ I walk 5 km every day. 3_ I do light weight exercise for 2 times every day.. With this I reduce my weight around 6 kg in last 3 month. Please provide your suggestion regarding mentioned precaution which i have been taken. Also guid to me more about the same.

Can add more vegetables in breakfast can take fruits also .vegetables juice you can take 2 time in a day.

Hello When it comes to weight loss we need to keep a root cause approach. It isn’t advisable to skip breakfast as it will rather further create hormonal dis balance (increase cortisol). Additionally emotional factors are also crucial.
