Plant based protein with walking
Hi Doctor,
I am on my journey to loose 15 kg and I lost almost 10 kg solely by walking 10k steps a day and following a calorie deficit diet and to meet my daily my protein intake I was thinking of to take a scoop of plant based protein as a supplement.
Can I take plant based protein while only walking without any strength training.
I'm using Oziva plant based pea protein.

Hi, I would like to know about the diet to maintain with inderal 40 mg as it is known to have a little reduction in blood pressure..I want to maintain a good balanced diet to go with the flow. Calorie count of Cashews and Pistachios
I am trying to lose weight. Right now my weight is 66 Kilos and my height is 5 feet. I aim to drop my weight to the sub-60 range. I have muesli for breakfast. I like to add cashews and pistachios to muesli. I was advised to not consume cashews and pistachios much as it will lead to calorie consumption. My questions-
1. Do cashews and pistachios lead to weight gain and calorie consumption?
2. If it is ok to add cashews and pistachios in my muesli during my weight loss journey, then how many cashews and pistachios is it ok to consume daily ?

Diet plan for 40yrs old Men
Hi doctor
Im 40yrs old, with body weight of 80 kg & 5.8 ft height. Im a cricket player since my teen age and I work is desktop job in a manufacturing company.
I use to eat home made food : for breakfast idly(4nos) or dosa (3), chapathi (2),
Lunch : Rice, dal sambar, etc
Snacks : Pani Puri, vada, coffee,
Dinner : Dosa (3) or rice with sambar
Sundays: lunch and dinner i have Non veg like chicken, mutton n fish
Also thinking of taking any health mix as alternative to my breakfast, pls suggest
Weekly thrice i go to practice. I run , do workouts , warmups and play cricket. But I feel like my fitness need to improve. Reduce body weight at the same time build my stamina.
As i need to play cricket in corporate tournament in 2 months time. I need your valuable suggestion on my diet.

Vitamin Deficiency
✓ My vitamin b12 level not increasing from past 3-4 years.its now 220 and still decreasing.
✓ with supplements and diet it Max goes to 275 and then start decreasing.
✓ feeling tiredness and sleepy even after walks up from bed.

Advice for taking Multivitamins
Hi ,
So i am a 25 yr old male with sedentry lifestyle. But i do 2hrs high intensive workout daily. Its been 3 yrs of doing gym and i can say I'm not a beginner anymore. So now I'm thinking of taking multivitamins along with my everyday diet and I'm already taking whey protein. But recently i kind of felt my hair is getting a bit thinner and having a little hairfall too. And i saw those different biotin tables for hair strength and all. So need a suggestion can i take multivitamins and biotin tables together bcz both of them contain few similar vitamins and they might not be excess for my body to absorb and may cause any trouble later. A frank opinion will be highly appreciated on this.
