While gastrointestinal infections can indeed cause body pain and weakness. In general, following a healthy diet can support overall well-being and aid in recovery from various illnesses. A balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains can provide essential nutrients to support your immune system. However, the specific dietary recommendations may vary depending on the nature and severity of your infection, as well as any underlying conditions you may have.
Next Steps
It's also important to note that taking health supplements, including vitamin D supplements like 60000 IU, should be done under the guidance of a healthcare professional. The dosage and type of supplements you take should be determined based on your individual needs and any specific biochemical reports or deficiencies indicated by diagnostic tests.
Health Tips
Again, I strongly recommend consulting with a Dietitian who can evaluate your symptoms, provide an accurate diagnosis, and offer appropriate advice and treatment tailored to your specific situation.
