We do have tried & tested plans for weight management. Consult directly for your good. On a general note, take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. Healthy morning sir, Focus on variety, nutrients dense and amount. Limit calories from added sugar and saturated fats, and reduce sodium intake. Shift to healthier foods and beverages choices. Support healthy eating patterns for all. Choose foods high in protein. These include milk, eggs, cheese, meat, fish and beans. You may also use protein powder and snacks and bars. Add high fat foods to meals and snacks: choices include butter, regular margarine, vegetable oil, peanut butter and mayonnaise.
