Increase your diet (calorie intake) because you are a active person than need more calorie than sedentary person which may be rich in protein and healthy fat. and also go for routine clinical checkup for make sure you are clinically and medicaly fit & healthy.

1. Eating more frequently. Slowly begin to eat 5-6 smaller meals during the day
2. Choosing foods with lots of nutrients
3. Try smoothie and shakes
4. But watch what and when you drink

Add extra calories to your meals with cheese, nuts and seeds.
