Dear Doctor, My age is 31,Height 160cm but weight is very low 45kg. I am healthy and very active how to increase my weight.

Get ready ur blood reports along other health reports if any specific health issues, and consult with dietician. In general now ur underweight, need good amout of protein intake and few exercises along well balanced carbs also intake may be small but its should be high calorie, protein and healthy...i can share any specific diet chart without knowing clinical details. Increase your diet (calorie intake) because you are a active person than need more calorie than sedentary person which may be rich in protein and healthy fat. and also go for routine clinical checkup for make sure you are clinically and medicaly fit & healthy.

Healthy morning sir, Good way to gain weight: 1. Eating more frequently. Slowly begin to eat 5-6 smaller meals during the day 2. Choosing foods with lots of nutrients 3. Try smoothie and shakes 4. But watch what and when you drink 5. Exercise

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
