Lean BMI and weakness in body
I have a BMI of 16.5. I'm currently 49kg and 5,8.
I have been feeling very weak physically and it is also leading to mental weakness. I am a fairly active individual. I need to put on 10kg weight.
My weight scale shows the following-
Bone mass - 2.40% Body fat - 5.5% protein - 21%
Subcutaneous fat - 4.5% muscle mass - 44.5kg
Putting in weight for me is very difficult. In past few months I've had severe anxiety episodes and have no underlying problems that could cause this. I am a happy and content man. Please consider my case and help me reach my optimum health. Thank you

I'm active woman who sleeps an average of 8 hours and have 2.5 ltrs of water intake and also following a good healthy diet ..
I joined yoga in the month of September and my weight was 102 and it's November and my weight is 101.. but still I have'nt lost much...
