No raw cucumber is not allowed during diarrhoea.
Low fiber diet is recommended in diarrhoea.
Apple sauce, ripen banana, orange and grapefruit, boiled potatoes, bread and pasta, white rice.
Cereals oatmeal.
Avoid: spicy foods,fried foods, high fibre foods,and most processed, packaged foods, legumes includes chickpeas, beans, peas, lentils, foods that produce gas in intestines: such as cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower.
Fatty foods, dairy, nuts and raw vegetables avoids.

Many cases of diarrhoea few days and respond well to home remedies. Eating simple diet, increasing fluids intake.
