Running 50 min continuously

Hlo sir or mam im nri Indian Guy I come india on a vicattion I'm 6 feet 2 inch tall guy previously. I was 110 kg by running 2 times, gyming 2 times, and doing dieting and all I lost my weight. Now I'm 93 kg...sir every day completing 15000 tk steps and running too .sir in morning I do run at 5.30 am to 6.20 am. I am continuously runned it I don't know from where I'm getting this type of power without any 2 min break I continuesled runned is it ok to run 50. To 30 min everyday continuesly...and plz tell me after running how many min gap is required to have a water ..and can we drink full water or half water only I'm only taking boil vegetables and salad 2 time  and multigrain 3 roti . Oats with toned milk and honey and half bowl  all fruits including every color Taking bluebeery fruits and avacado too Taking boil egg 🥚 1 white parts daily in night And green tea 2 cups daily and taking beetroot carrot mix juice and dab pani in alternate days

Hey Doctor, I am an ectomorph . I can't gain weight even if I am putting alot of efforts for gaining. I am trying my best by eating alot of calories and doing weight training exercises 3-5 days in a week . I want to do a job but I am underconfident and have social anxiety because of my lean and skinny body. Can you please help me with some diet plans for acheiving my comfort body .
