Hello, Just wanted to know does egg consumption increases cholesterol levels ?? I am regular eater of 4 eggs hope it doesnt have any side effects ..Kindly advice. Thank you.

If your lifestyle is active then it is fine. moreover fats in eggs is not a problem but trans fats and simple carbs are more much responsible for high cholesterol

Healthy evening, Healthy person adults, it’s safe to eat 1-2 whole eggs per day depending on how much cholesterol is in your diet. If already have high cholesterol risk factors for heart disease, it may be best to eat no more than 4 -5 whole eggs per week. You can take daily 4 eggs white without yolk and eat 2 whole eggs if no cholesterol there.

4 eggs a day is safe. No worries. You can spread it two in mornjng and two in evening. Post workout you can have all 4 together
