Feels ankel pain (left foot bottom side)while standing, however i do not feel it much when i try to press my foot with hand. Not sure why is it happening. Kindly suggest whom i should be consulting.

I recently had an accident when I insured my left knee. There was swelling and pain in the joint. Now the swelling is gone but the pain and stiffness has not. What medication would you prescribe / advise.

My index finger nail turned yellow, its not hurting or anything just turned yellow.

Last month I drove around 400kms at a stretch for first time. After the drive I got hip, lower back and mid back pains. After some physiotherapy lower back pain hip pains is gone. But upper and middle back pain keeps coming back. While moving my neck I feel some sensation in my spine around the bottom of Rib cage.

I am suffering from neck pain for the past 5 years. Initially it was only in the neck area when i bend my neck downwards while using a laptop or during studying and writing. But now i feel my hands are also becomming weak. I get immense pain in my shoulders when i lift weight or when i try to keep my hands in an elevated position for a long time. I am unable to perform my daily activities because of this.

Since 4 months I experiencing pain and mild swelling in my joints ( both wrists, and arms). What could be the reason. I had an ankle fracture in Aug 2015. After that I am experiencing all this, pls help. I have mild pain in my right knee also which I experience while I lay stress on that knee.

This has never happened before. While having a bath, I felt a nerve pull in my neck. I was not able to move my shoulder, bend down. After massage i am fine. But minor pain exists. What do i do. What seems to be the cause?

2mnts back I had grade1 meniscus tear n snapping hip. As the it didn't recover I consulted another ortho n he told me 2 wait for 2more months in case of meniscus tear n for hip Im taking manual physiotherapy (2sittings over). Now I'm feeling free movement in hip but the pain has increased in the knee wat may b d reason
