Bone & Muscle problems

I am under weight and want to grow healthy (as i am very skinny too!). i want to do so without any extra supplements if possible. what diet should i follow i have an average exercise time as go for a walk...

I am suffering from lower back pain since 1 month. I am facing difficulties when i walk, sit and even when I sleep. And because of this feeling weakness in both legs till now.

Pain feeling on thigh & both arms. After wake up in the morning both arms are no sense. On both leg can't touch on the floor. Feeling heavy pain in hill. After few minutes pains are gone. But when she take rest after that pains are coming back. She is a diabetic patient PP is 99 in last month 1st week. Pls suggest me.

Hi All, from last 3 month, I have been suffering from Chest Pain(both side), I feel like chest muscle cramp, Tightness. I have a childhood asthma. I have shown Doctor but no relief.

I'm having neck pain for the past 6 years. During my college I used to study lying on the bed on my stomach and supporting myself with my elbows. Over time I realised that it started putting a bit of a pressure on my neck and elbows and I started to get pain in the neck and the elbows. I also used to ride for 2 hours everyday with a slightly heavy helmet which also added to the pain. Now that I'm working and I don't strain myself much the neck pain is only getting worse. My neck feels stiff these days. It hurts really bad when I bend down or look up. I'm not able to touch my chest with my chin. And I always feel as though my neck is locked in one direction and I get a strong urge to release it by turning the neck in the opposite direction. When I trying rotating my neck I'm clockwise direction I feel my head to be heavy on my neck. I'm really scared. I'm unable to work long hours & pursue my hobbies. I get pain in my shoulders and neck when I lift heavy things. Please help and suggest.

My right shoulder is very heavy. Right years back I had taken injections for ivf treatment. The spot where they had given injections has become hard and is now also painful. I am not able to write one page. The hand becomes heavy and numb.

I had gone for a long trek. While resting for some time during the trek I did not realize that my left foor was numb so when I stood up and starter walking it got twisted. It has been a week but still there is some numbness in my foot. Docs plz advise

I am 5'2 everyone in my family is near about 5'5. Everyone from my maternal side are above 5'5 and from fathers 5'5 so is there anything any meds i can taketo increase height with minimal side effect , leaving the limb lengthening operation aside

I am 72kgs with height of 5'4'', I want to reduce weight. I am doing Aerobics Regularly in the evening . I want a good diet plan that works out well along with my busy schedule!

Hi...sir/madam My mother is a anganwadi teacher she cant sit 10minutes continue she get back pain spinal cord up to down..last 5months back she went to apollo hospital jubille hills hyderabad..whem she eat tablets something feel better she completed tablets of 1 1/2month course again she getting pain...please refer a good doctor in hyderabad...senior most doctor...waiting for your reply...
