Have a small opening just below the spine. I have trouble sitting for long hours. Getting acute pain at the spot just below the spine. What is the best solution for it?

I am not able to freely move my arm. While moving at certain angles I feel instantaneous pain. The pain increases during winters. The pain seems to be somewhere related to the shoulder arm joint, shoulder rotator cuff. On pressing around terse minor muscle, I can feel considerable amount of pain.

From past 5-6 years m having lower back pain. I recently visited a doctor because the level of pain was very high. He told me to remove an X-ray & meanwhile he gave me some medicine. After X-ray reports he told me that I have slip disc. I'm not sure if that doctor is good or not. I'm attaching my reports of X-ray here

I have severe neck pain .it starts from sholder to head . some times it even causes migraine .i have been suffering form this problem since 5 years . some times i find lumps or bands kind of swelling on my muscle .looking for a permanent solution . its very painful and irritating. please help me by giving a rite advice.

I am having less-moderate pain in the upper portion of right ribs. It's been from 2 weeks since I made a road journey of 6 hours by car. The pain persists every time even when sitting or lying down. The pain increases a bit if I remain sitting for around an hour.

Severe cuts in sole Hello Doctors, for the last 21 years, my mom is suffering from cuts in her soles. Not like the usual dry foot cracks. These cuts are prolonged with bleeding and severe pain. Of late she has identified these cuts react to few of the food she intakes. We have tried checking with various specialists. Neither we could identify the right specialist for the treatment nor it got cured. Would be grateful if you could help us in getting it cured completely.

Finger snaps or gets stuck mostly in morning and night. It had been diagnosed by an steroid injection just below the middle finger. But still the problem persists and now even its paining. The injection spot has turned bluish. It has been almost 7 to 8 months with this. Pls tell what to do??? Any home remedy possible?

Have fell down from bike and leg is swollen. Initially it was paining and swollen. After taking rest the swelling came down and pain disappeared. Had taken pain killers and continuing to take after doctor consultation. Swelling still exists and am worried if it's fracture by any chance.
