Bone & Muscle problems

I have been encountering a pain since past week. it happens only at a particular spot below my left shoulder. It is a part that is connected to my left arm. My 3 year old normally sleeps on my left hand at night and i travel in the crowded trains everyday.

I have AnkylosingSpondilytis from 4 years.My rheumatologist say it is auto immune disease.i also have chronic prostatis from6 months.my urologist say it is a lifestyle disease.i also have frequent pharingitis in my throat.and cold.cough...i think i have immune deficiency...isn't it possible to permanently cure these deseases with such foods that increase antibodies and kills those antigen responsible for deceases...it is ok to have medicines for very long period i m having as prescribed by doctors but is there any permanent natural way of treating these problems..how to remove cause of these deceases...if anybody knows about exact cause and exact cure...pls help

Hi i am a working girl and i have to sit 9 hours a day.i am gaining weight on my thighs,belly fat and on hips. Please suggest me some proper diet. I dont want to starve hard for loosing fat. I drink 10 glass of water a day and i am a pure vegiterian. also what kind of exercise should i do?

I have been working out at the gym for the past 2 months doing both weights & cardio. A week ago when I did a push-up I felt a sharp pain the my lower right abdomin starting from the pelvic area. It pains every time I put a little pressure like even getting up from bed. There is no static pain. Plz advise.

Pain in right hand's right side including smallest fingre. Pain is from past 3 days. Applied volini and used crape bandage but no relief. Please if possible tell us the reason or suggestion for any help to remove the pain or cure it properly.

I have been facing like headache recent few days its along with burning eyes and nose and from knees to leg muscle its like pain and like burning.I feel relief I do message a leg muscle .I do not have fever .I am not getting what's the issue I have never face this type issue before.

I participated in a 21km half marathon 2 months back after training for about 3 months. During the race my outer side of the left knee started paining. Now after taking 2 months of rest when i go out to run the pain comes back after 2kms of running. I looked up online and it seems like a IT band problem. Would love some inputs. thanks.
