Constant headache
Have a constant headache for a few days now. Pain mostly at back of head just above the neck. Pain also extends below to the shoulders and back. Do I need to visit a specialist? Have visited a neurologist a few months back for similar pain which was diagnosed as stress and was given a three week course on muscle relaxers.

Hello, Even this episode would have the same reason , if you are working hard , overstressed with workload or because of any other personal issues ,you are having this problem. Sleep for 7-8 hours , do meditation and yoga , take off from work , if headche is persisting even after all these Consult specialist.
