Neck pain and headache
Hi i am male 42 years of age and i am having severe neck pain with headache feel of vomiting and it hurts when i look downwords
Some times pain goes into left arm and shoulder

Severe neck pain with headache, nausea, pain on looking down, and radiation to the left shoulder/arm should not be treated with medicines alone. While this can be due to a cervical disc or nerve irritation, these symptoms can also overlap with serious conditions that need urgent evaluation. Please seek immediate medical care or visit an emergency department to rule out non-spine causes first. Until evaluated, avoid self-medication and strenuous neck movements
