Hello possible causes like spondylitis...spondylosis...spondylisthesis...trauma...musculoskeletal causes...disc bulge...disc prolapse...cord compression should be ruled out consult orthipedician for further evaluation and treatment...have more of calcium containing diet I hope this helps you.
