I had done my acl reconstruction surgery on 29th january 2016. Currently i am doing some exercise at home ie leg lifting, knee bending, knee pressing. I wanted to know is physiotherapy compulsory after acl surgery and when should i start doing the same.

Pain in neck & shoulder

Since the past two days I'm having pain in neck and right shoulder. Without movement of the neck the pain is bearable but it hurts a lot while turning my head. Changing posture while sleeping has also been a big challenge. Should I visit an orthopedist? Any strengthening exercises? Is it cervical spondylitis?

Pain in the upper back

I have been experiencing pain in the upper back near the shoulder blades on the right side of spine and right side of my neck. I am having jitters and parasys like symptoms in the right side of my body. I can walk but need to almost drag my right leg. When I stretch my arms to the sides, my right arm doesn't stretch out, it pains to even try. When I try to stretch my fingers out, they vibrate and jitter. some doctor suggested Parkinson's.
