Bone & Muscle problems

Right knee has swollen since 3 days. I am not able to walk properly. Its paining a lot. I barely able to move my leg up down or sidewards.

I am a skinny guy ..... need to gain weight and body .... but they say going to gym at 19 is not good .... I've tried all workouts but all failed .... please help me .... !!

Mild and persistent pain in the ankle region for the past two days. Though the pain is not unbearable but it is not subsiding despite using muscle relaxant spray and crepe bandage.

I was infected by this disease at my age of 12. Till now I had been under many local medications.. But no improvements. And now I have gone to an expert in this field last week. Yesterday my brother accident and x ray shows c4 and c5 dislocation he cant move his neck any where what we can do now* ?

I have knee pain and previously suspected of tear but couldn't go for treatment due to my studies. I can't be out of my profession for more than two months. Is arthroscopic surgery a option and what is the general recovery time.
