I'm having lower back pain since 5 years. I used to carry heavy buckets of water. Started getting pain since then. I took an MRI n I got to know that there is bulge on left side n my nerve has such between l4&l5. Check attachments for latest findings

Hi doctor I am 27year male and since last two years diagnosed with slip disc Lower back L4-L5 with loss of cervical lordosis and para muscle spasms and the biggest concern is my vertigo, its been two years do not have symptoms but last month I had for a week and since 5 dys again I am having that is it coz of cervical?

Almost an year back i felt a twist in in my knee while playing cricket and have consulted a doctor who exmanined and said no problem. Over the time the pain has gone and i could do all my routines as regularly except that i cant run as fast as i used to (It pains if i tried running faster.) Recently during a visit to some factory i have jumped from a wall of about 5 feet and felt the same pain. This time the doctor have asked for an MRI and it says (1)MINIMAL EFFUSION INVOLVING THE JOIN CAVITY AND SUPRATELLAR RECESS. (2) ANTERIOR CRUTIATE LIGAMENT AT THE FEMORAL ATTACHMENT SHOW HIGH GRADE TEAR WITH SECONDARY BUCKLING OF POSTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT AND ANTERIOR TIBIAL TRANSLATION. 3)POSTERIOR HORN OF MEDIAL MENISCUS SHOWS GRADE III TEAR. Please gide me with the possible treatment. Do i have to undergo surgery and how long will be the healing process after surgery. What are the chances of getting to pre injury state after surgery. I had fracture of 5 the metatarsal and was in caste for 6 weeks, now the caste is removed for the last 10 days but there is swelling around my ankle which doesnt let me walk properly. i have been using hot water & salt daily for my foot but its not going away. Please advise me what to do

Hit by a cow in stamped. Unfortunately cows foot come over the calf(below knee) and thy( upper to knee) , due to which it got black but no blood came out. It was swelled and muscles are tight and paining.

Suffering from severe back pain on right hand side from yesterday. Not able to stretch my back now.

I had ACL surgery and I got some solution that Instability even after surgery may be due to a injury to posterolateral corner (PLC injury) which occurs concurrently with ACL. I want to know that if I have a PLC injury ,how to know it is grade I,II or III? Does X-Ray help to find the grade level? If I have grade III level injury ,does it have a lot of pain? Also I have a hinged type brace, does it help to completely rehabilitate?

Hello, I feel uncomfortable while sleeping facing upside &leaning on chair at the end of leftside scapula towards spine&little bit pain mainly uncomfortable,I undergone some xray&found that it's scoliosis towards rightside,my doubt is this uneasiness is due to scoliosis or someother reason plz give me right suggestion.

Hello doctor, I am suffering from lower back pain L4 L5 , S1 S2 region. Undergone physio therapy and no improvement. Only when I do excersise i'l be fine later same problem. I'm doing excersise for back everyday, pls help me I have visited more than 5 hospitals and no one could cure my pain.

I am a slip disc patient since last 06 year in l7 disc, was leading a pain free life till last week..suddenly I am having a severe pain and stiffness going into my leg...if I stand or sit for a while the pain start accumulating in my left leg and thighs which is very uncomfortable Pls guide
