Bone & Muscle problems

I had an accident about 3 weeks ago and fell badly on my back. Since then I have been having severe lower back pain. I am able to go about my daily activities normally. I apply moov everyday twice a day. However the pain hasn't stopped. It's especially problematic when I'm asleep. There's inflammation too. Please help.

I recently had an accident where my elbow was hit. I consulted a doctor who had suggested an xray. After the xray, I had plaster for about 10 days. I do not have any persisting pain. But there's one position where there is pain. Please help me in answering the following questions. 1. Is there any exercise which will heal the recovery of the ligament tear. 2. Child 1yr age undergone arthrotomy At right knee joint effected with tuberculosis. 3 months over with physiotherapy flexion and extension (upto 10°no pain) has come.but doctor suggest serial fiber cast.with cast coming flexion and extension has gone or not? My uncle has slipped 4stairs and fallen down on 8th march, then had 12 stitches at the head area and 5 bones have broken in the right side rib cage area and a hairlike crack in the right pelvis.
