Diagnosing of my illness
I am 24/7 tired and I cannot explain whether it is muscular pain or ortho pain but I can feel pain all over my body.Sometimes facial pain becomes intolerable also and diagnosed with sinusitis but for body pain one of my medical friend just told me that she suspects fibromyalgia or something.I have sleeping problem too.

Your tiredness and body aches could be due to low hemoglobin, Vitamin D, vitamin B12, so I would suggest that you get the following blood tests fasting: HB, TLC, DLC, ESR, vitamin D levels, vitamin B12 levels and uric acid.
