I have 24/7off balance for 3 months and also Vitamin d deficiency - 9.26  ng/ml And bone pain i have already consumed d rise 60k for 3 weeks 1 cap for 1 week with renerve  plus my problem is still the same from past 3 months which tablet should I consume i will get cure As soon as possible Tablets name + dose+How many days I have to consume  Day - 0-0-0 Mrg evening or night ?

You need to consult your ortho doc. Will need a proper vitamin d3 regimen. Get blood work done as he advises. Start calcium tablets too. Once a day for 3 months atleast.

By quoting "Off Balance "- Do you mean that you lose your balance ? If this is so you should get yourself checked for the problem..it can be your brain , your spinal cord , your ear etc which might be causing you the trouble..
